Adrienne Coscia, M. Ed.,BCBA
Adrienne is a Nashville native who received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Elon University. After graduating, she returned to pursue her masters in a more specialized field at Vanderbilt University. She holds an M.Ed in Child Studies with emphasis in Early Childhood Interventions and Applied Behavior Analysis. She began work as an in-home therapist in 2005, and has been working with children of all ages with autism spectrum disorders ever since. She is currently board certified as a Behavior Analyst.
Mindy Carpenter, M.Ed
Mindy has seven years experience teaching special needs children. She holds a bachelors degree in Special Education and Masters degree in Special Education/Remedial Reading from Mississippi State University. Mindy has held the positions of Transition/Life Skills Teacher, Resource Teacher, Work-based Learning Coordinator, and Case Manager during her years in the school system. She has worked with many multi-age students with autism as well as other developmental differences. Mindy and her husband Shan have two daughters.
Tiffani Zuch
Tiffani joined Visions Autism Center in the summer of 2010. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in experimental Psychology. Tiffani worked with Early Autism Project , Inc. in Columbia, South Carolina as an ABA therapist for five years. During that time, she had the opportunity to work with and train with many other professionals including physical therapist, occupational therapist, BCBA's, and speech therapist.
Katie has worked with children with Autism for four years, originally as an in home ABA tutor and most recently as a center based programmer and tutor. She was initially trained in ABA in Dayton, OH while earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology. During that time she had the opportunity to work under several consultants as part of home teams and also act as a team leader and programmer with the supervision of a certified consultant. Since that time she has gained more experience acting as a team leader and solo tutor/programmer for children in the Nashville area.
