Mindy Carpenter, M.Ed
Mindy has seven years experience teaching special needs children.  She holds a bachelors degree in Special Education and Masters degree in Special Education/Remedial Reading from Mississippi State University.  Mindy has held the positions of Transition/Life Skills Teacher, Resource Teacher, Work-based Learning Coordinator, and Case Manager during her years in the school system. She has worked with many multi-age students with autism as well as other developmental differences.  Mindy and her husband Shan have two daughters.

Kelley Drennan, M.Ed  has worked with children and adults with autism for eight years as a home therapist, social group facilitator, canter-based therapist, and programmer.  She has a Bachelors degree in Special Education and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education.  Kelley worked at Blue Ridge Autism Center in Roanoke, VA for two years before moving to the Nashville area.  Since living here she has been working as a home programmer for three years using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
